With Apologies to Clement Moore…

‘Twas the week before Christmas,
And all through the stacks,
Not a student was stirring,
‘Twas time to relax.

Exams were completed,
And ready to grade,
While memories of torts,
Were beginning to fade.

You’re invited to write the remaining stanzas. From all of us at the Robert S. Marx Law Library, best wishes for a joyous holiday season!

Election Day and More This Week

A Special Week

With November having started on a Tuesday, Election Day was pushed back to November 8th, just a few days before Veterans Day. We’ve put our Veterans Day post from two years ago on the front page. Leading the week with our opportunity to elect our president, senators, house members, general assembly members, and other public officials and then ending the week with a remembrance of those who serve our country in the military, gives us twice the usual opportunity to reflect on the roles played by citizens in our nation. Please vote Tuesday, if you have not already done so!

Learn more about elections and elected representatives!

Open Access publications are available online, free of charge, and free of most copyright and licensing restrictions. The Marx Law Library and the University of Cincinnati Libraries both sponsor Open Access Scholarship Repositories.
