Jim organized, moderated, and spoke at a program entitled, Piercing the Veil of Sovereignty: The Sources of International Human Rights Law, at the Annual Meeting of the American Association of Law Libraries.  Jim spoke on the “Council of Europe and the European Court of Human Rights.”  The program attracted over 150 attendees and was a great success.
