On October 31, Chris I taught a mock class and spoke to the pre-law society at Miami University. 

In September, Chris, along with UC Law Professor Verna Williams, Timothy Burke (Chair, Hamilton County Democratic Party), and Alex Triantafilou (Chair, Hamilton County Republican Party), served on a panel, “Elections and the Constitution,” as part of UC Law’s Constitution Day program.

Chris’s article, Constitutional Newspeak: Learning to Love the Affordable Care Act Decision, has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Legislation (Notre Dame).

Chris’s article, The Empirical Judiciary, 25 Const. Comment. 467 (2008), was cited in Allison Orr Larsen, Confronting Supreme Court Fact Finding, 98 Va. L. Rev. 1255 (2012).
