In January, Marjorie presented two sessions at the CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution‘s Annual Winter Meeting.  There, she presented to a group of young lawyers, as well as on a plenary session focusing on the challenges of delivering bad news to clients, which drew from her book, Client Science.
