On February 17, Chris commented on a presentation by Brigham Young University’s Prof. David Moore at a Federalist Society event here at UC Law.  Moore’s presentation was entitled, “Outsourcing the Constitution: The Use of Foreign and International Law in Constitutional Interpretation.”

On March 7, Chris taught a CLE on constitutional law at UC Law’s annual Downtown Teach-In, which helps raise money for student scholarships.

Chris’s article Remanding to Congress: The Supreme Court’s New “On the Record” Constitutional Review of Federal Statutes, 86 Cornell L. Rev. 328 (2001), was cited in Daniel A. Crane, Enacted Legislative Findings and the Deference Problem, 102 Geo. L.J. 637 (2014).
