Professor Stephanie McMahon’s article, The Perfect Process is the Enemy of the Good Tax: Tax’s Exceptional Regulatory Process, is now in print at 35 Virginia Tax Review 553 (2016).
Professor McMahon signed a contract for her book, Principles of Tax Policy, as part of West’s Concise Hornbook Series scheduled to come out in Fall 2017.
Professor McMahon’s paper, tentatively titled Taxing Procedures: Pre-enforcement Litigation a Necessary Backstop for Proceduralism, was selected for the symposium, Protecting Taxpayer Rights, hosted at the University of Washington in Seattle on October 7, 2016.
