Professor Sandra Sperino’s article, Justice Kennedy’s Big New Idea, 96 Boston U. L. Rev. 1789 (2016), is now in print. The article discusses how Justice Kennedy’s recent writing about Title VII and the ADEA has the potential to reconceptualize the current structure of discrimination law.

Professor Sperino now serves on the university’s Research Advisory Board.
