- Professor Armstrong presented a forthcoming article entitled Symbols, Systems, and Software as Intellectual Property: Time for CONTU, Part II? at the Works-in-Progress Intellectual Property (WIPIP) Colloquium 2017 at the Boston University School of Law.
- Professor Armstrong was part of a panel discussing the pending Supreme Court case, Lee v. Tam at a CLE in Cincinnati. Joining Professor Armstrong were adjunct faculty member, Professor Lori Krafte, and litigant Simon Tam of The Slants.
- Professor Armstrong will be serving on the Scholarship Advisory Board of the new LawArXive repository service that is under development.
