Barbara participated in the by-invitation-only Fourth Annual Roundtable Discussion on Investment Funds held at Boston University School of Law on May 11. The Roundtable is a small group of leading mutual fund scholars, practitioners, and regulators who meet to discuss the industry’s latest developments and future prospects regarding litigation and regulation.

Barbara participated in the Eleventh Annual Conducting Empirical Research Workshop held May 23-25 at Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California.  The workshop is for law school faculty, political science faculty, and graduate students interested in learning about empirical research.

Barbara’s article, Reputational Damages in Securities Litigation, 35 Iowa J. Corp. L. 169 (2009), was cited in Richard A. Booth, Class Conflict in Securities Fraud Litigation, 14 U. Pa. J. Bus. L. 701 (2012).
