In January, Nancy received the following from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention:

• National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases Honor Award Certificate, and
• Nominee for CDC & Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry Honor Award

Both of these were awarded to recognize Nancy’s work with the CDC, Consumers Union, Consumer Reports, and various patient advocates for forging a novel partnership aimed at eliminating infections in healthcare settings and protecting patients.
