Jacob completed an article entitled The Two Codes on the Use of Force (with Monica Hakimi). His essay, The Changing Form of the International Law Commission’s Work, will be published in Evolutions in the Law of International Organizations (Roberto Virzo & Ivan Ingravallo eds., 2015).
