Kristin published Theorizing Legal Participatory Action Research: Critical Race/Feminism and PAR, at 21 Qualitative Inquiry 262 (2015) (with Emily M.S. Houh).

She was also invited to deliver a presentation entitled “Legal Participatory Action Research: Community-Based Initiatives on Intimate Partner Abuse,” at the Fifth Action Research Colloquium, at University College Dublin, Ireland, in 2015.

Kristin also is participating in a community-based action group focused on making training on issues of domestic violence mandatory for judges and magistrates in Ohio.

Kristin’s article Social Justice Feminism, 18 UCLA Women’s L.J. 131 (2010) (with Verna L. Williams), was cited in Deborah L. Brake, On Not “Having it Both Ways” and Still Losing: Reflections on Fifty Years of Pregnancy Litigation Under Title VII, 95 B.U. L. Rev. 995 (2015).
