  • Professor Tomain delivered a 3 hour seminar on Energy Law and Policy Past and Future to the trial and appellate attorneys at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
  • Professor Tomain gave a lecture to the Law Faculty and to the Mining Faculty at the University of Lorraine in Nance, France titled Shale and Coal Gas Development in the United States.
