On November 6, 2015, the Center for Race, Gender, and Social Justice hosted “Dodging the Debt Trap: What You Should Know About Payday, Student and Car Loans.” This day-long discussion included guests from the state and national level, as well as users who shared their experiences.
Professor Kristin Kalsem attended the AALS conference in New York City in January of 2016. She was elected Secretary of the Section on Law and Interpretation and to the Executive Boards of the Sections on Law and Humanities and Commercial and Related Consumer Law.
