Professor Chris Bryant participated in a day-long colloquium, titled “Is the Rational Basis Test Unconstitutional?” at the Georgetown Center for the Constitution, Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C., Feb. 12, 2016.
He made a CLE presentation at the March 15, 2016 Inn of Court meeting downtown (Cincinnati), titled “Birthright Citizenship: A Constitutional Imperative?”
He also taught at the April 29 teach-in on the topic of “The Power of the Presidential Pen and the Take Care Clause.”
