  • Dean Emeritus Tomain discussed the 4-4 split on the United States Supreme Court with the WCPO Newsmakers on June 26, 2016.
  • Dean Emeritus Tomain’s editorial, Help Needed to Triple Space for Heroin Treatment, was published in the Cincinnati Enquirer on June 7, 2016.
  • Dean Emeritus Tomain submitted a revised edition of Energy Law in a Nutshell to West Publishing.
  • Dean Emeritus Tomain submitted completed chapters for 4th edition of Regulatory Law and Policy (with Shapiro and Hickman) to Carolina Academic Press.
  • Dean Emeritus Tomain was a contributor to Memo To The Next President: A Progressive Vision Of Government And Protective Safeguards, a publication of the Center for Progressive Reform.
