Senior Reference Librarian Jim Hart, in continuation of his active involvement in the American Society of International Law and the International Association of Law Libraries, will chair an Interest Group at the AALL Annual Conference in July, 2016. Attendees include Mr. Ismael Raboud of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), speaking on the ICRC’s Customary International Humanitarian Law Database, which won the first Jus Gentium award from the American Society for International Law’s International Legal Research Interest Group last year.
